Fort Kent boys: 2024 Class C State ChampionsDay 2 of the 2024 MPA Class C Nordic State Championships were held today at Titcomb Mtn in Farmington with the 5K freestyle pursuit competition. In the girls freestyle, Clara White of Orono is the 2024 Class C Freestyle State Champion. Her winning time was 14:41.3. Clara also won the classical on Monday. In second place was Rowan Tanguay of Fort Kent with a time of 15:14.5. In third place was Soren Stark-Chessa of Maine Coast with a time of 15:41.3. In the boys freestyle, Alden Reardon of Fort Kent is the 2024 Class C Freestyle State Champion. His winning time was 12:44.0. Alden also won the classical on Monday. In second place was Fletcher Marquis of Fort Kent with a time of 12:57.7. In third place was Quinn Michaud also of Fort Kent with a time of 13:34.6. The Fort Kent girls and boys are the 2024 Class C Nordic State Champions. The Waynflete girls and the Orono boys were runners-up. Also congratulations to the Mt. Abram girls and boys for receiving the MPA Nordic Sportsmanship Award. RESULTS
