McPhedran and Horne win Class B Classical

Day 1 of the MPA 2019 Class B Nordic State Championships were held today at Titcomb Mtn with fresh snow falling.  Carter McPhedran of Maranacook is the 2019 Class B Classical State Champion.  His winning time was 16:39.5.  Gabe Fein of Maranacook was the state runner-up with an 16:57.4 and Luke Barton also of Maranacook was third with an 17:06.1.  On the girls side, Lily Horne of Freeport is the 2019 Class B Classical State Champion.  Her winning time was 19:54.0.  Allison Greuel of Freeport was the runner-up with a time of 20:33.0.  Eliza Skillings of Maine Coast was third who finished with a 20:40.6.   The Class B Nordic State Championshops conclude on Tuesday with the freestyle pursuit.  COMPLETE RESULTS
