The Maranacook Wave Race on Saturday, 1/19/19 is being moved due to safety and quality concerns on the Maranacook Trails. We will be racing on the Quarry Road Trails in Waterville. They have great conditions and have put together a super 2.5 k loop for us to do twice so spectators will have a great race to watch. Here are the important details:
- Start time for the boys' race is the same, at 11:00 am. The girls' will start at 12:15 pm.
- The cost for the race will now be $8/skier. Checks still to Maranacook Nordic
- Team registration will be inside the yurt. Busses will park in the lot next to an south of the yurt.
- Teams should base off their busses. There will not be enough room in the yurt for everyone (obviously!).
- We will still provide post-race cookies, fruit, and hot chocolate to the athletes.
- Please review the revised information sheet for the proper way to enter your skiers in the entry spreadsheet. Seniors go first, seeded from faster to slower, then juniors, etc. Please get entries in to

- Coaches should also note that the Quarry Road trails are open all week prior to the race if you want to get a preview of the course and conditions.
