Mt Blue Boys and Maranacook Girls are top teams
Turner - After shoveling and hours of course prep, the Leavitt Hornet Classic was a success. It has only been at Leavitt twice in the past ten years and conditions were fast and firm. Ben Alford of Gould Academy and Ewka Varney of Deering were the top skiers. Alford finished in 13:27.9 and Varney cruised with a time of 16:01.6. Caleb Niles of Deering and Mark McLaughlin of Maranacook rounded out the top 3 for the boys. Julia Ramsey of Mt. Blue and Abby Despres of Maranacook rounded out the top 3 for the girls. The Mt.
