Harvey and Harvey win 2023 WMC Classical Title

Day 1 of the 2023 WMC Nordic Championships was held on Wednesday at Libby Hill with the 5K classical race.  On the boys side, Tait Harvey of Greely is the 2023 WMC Classical champion.  His winning time was 17:36.3.  Will Morris of Freeport was second (18:11.2) and Michael Maines of Gray New Gloucester was third (18:14.7).  On the girls side, Sylvia Harvey of Greely is the 2023 WMC Classical champion.  Her winning time was 20:30.6.  Reed Proscia of Freeport was second (20:55.7) and Lucy Fullerton of Traip was third (21:24.4).  The Freeport boys and the Freeport girls take the lead after day 1.  Day 2 is on Saturday with the freestyle pursuit at Stark's Hill.  RESULTS
