Marquis and Gordon win 2023 KVAC Giant Slalom Title

Day 1 of the KVAC Alpine Championships were held today at Saddleback Mtn with the giant slalom competition.  On the boys side, Landon Marquis of Camden Hills is the 2023 KVAC Giant Slalom champion.  His winning combined time was 1:29.94.  Thatcher Riley of Maranacook was second (1:32.09) and Trent Beaudoin of Mt. Blue was third (1:33.34).  On the girls side Taylor Gordon of Mt. Blue is the 2023 KVAC Giant Slalom champion.  Her winning combined time was 1:29.72.  Sophie Simard of EL/Leavitt was second (1:33.77) and Katie Yeaton of Mt. Blue was third (1:36.87).  RESULTS
