7:15 – 8:00 Alpine Giant Slalom registration at the Main Lodge Ticket Window: bibs, fees, running orders

8:00 Alpine Coaches and officials meeting in Main Lodge Conference Room (2nd floor)

8:15 Lift opens for athletes

8:30 Gate Keepers meeting in Main Lodge Conference Room (each school provides 1 gate keeper)

8:15 – 9:15 Course Inspection

9:15 Course Closed

9:30 Start of Alpine Giant Slalom Race – 2 runs, Women, Men (one course reset)

No racer is allowed on the race course or hill without bib visible.

Run Order: 8-Athlete teams (8 men and 8 women maximum per event, plus athletes that are competing for skimeister and are not part of team). Volunteers: Each School must provide one Gate Keeper or Course Worker for the Giant Slalom event. If a school cannot supply a worker, they must notify Al Cayer (357-8682) by noon on Friday, Feb. 2nd , and pay a $50 fee so a replacement keeper can be scheduled. Skiing volunteers will be issued a Lift Pass as needed.
