Nordic coaches education clinic at the Quarry Road Trails in Waterville on Saturday, December 14th.  Main topics to include ways to evaluate and teach technique and how to structure a training plan to get the most benefit out of limited practice time.

*If we are rollerskiing, we will meet in the lobby of the Colby College Alfond Athletic Center

Schedule:

o   10am - noon - technique on snow or rollerski instruction if no snow

o   Lunch break (bring your own, lunch available for purchase on site)

o   1pm - 3pm - inside instruction (planning training for a race season, analyzing technique on video, goal setting)

Clinic Cost: $45 registration fee.

What to Bring:

-running shoes
-poles and rollerskis (skate and classic),
-helmet (mandatory for rollerskiing!)
-bring your own lunch, or lunch available for purchase on site
-high visibility vest or jacket if you have one, 
-and a penchant for having fun!
