The U16/EHSC Selection Races will be held Saturday, March 5th at Black Mountain, with a March 6th snow date. The race is open to any athlete who resides or attends school in Maine. The race will be a 5km Classic Interval start in the morning followed by a 5km Pursuit Start Freestyle race. Look for registration info soon. The top 24 U16 and top 24 EHSC Boy and Girl athletes will be selected to the team and are expected to attend the NENSA U16 and EHSC races.
Any athlete who has been selected to the NENSA New England Junior Olympic Team, or has been selected to attend the World Junior trips will be considered an automatic.
