Freeport/Brunswick boys, Falmouth/Waynflete girls win Class A Alpine
Day 2 of the 2023 MPA Class A Alpine Championships were held today at Saddleback Mtn with the slalom competition under sunny skis. In the boys slalom, Landon Marquis of Camden Hills is the 2023 Class A Slalom State Champion. His winning combined time was 1:12.09. Porter Beaule of Falmouth/Waynflete was second with a time of 1:13.08. Quinn Maguire of Marshwood was third with a time of 1:14.24. In the girls slalom, Hadley Prewitt of Marshwood is the 2023 Class A Slalom State Champion. Her winning combined time was 1:13.96. Taylor Gordon of Mt Blue was second with a time of 1:14.30. Margo Hesson of Falmouth/Waynflete was third with a time of 1:19.29. The Freeport/Brunswick boys and the Falmouth/Waynflete girls are the 2023 Class A Alpine State Champions.
