Maranacook girls and Fort Kent boys take the lead in Class B Alpine
Rumford--Day 1 of the MPA Class B Alpine State Championships was held today at Black Mtn witn the giant slalom competition. In the girls 
giant slalom, Eleanor Donahue of Yarmouth is the 2020 Class B Giant Slalom State Champion. Her winning combined time was 1:51.09. Anya Monson of Cape Elizabeth was second and Dana Schwartz also of Cape Elizabeth was third. In the boys giant slalom, Killian Lathrop of Cape Elizabeth is the 2020 Class B Giant Slalom State Champion. His winning combined time was 1:45.39. Tiernan Lathrop of Cape Elizabeth was second and Sam Roy of Wisdom was third. The Maranacook girls and the Fort Kent boys take the lead after day 1.
