Farmington--Day 1 of the MPA Class C Nordic State Championships was held today at Titcomb Mtn with the classical competition. In the girls 
classical, Dolcie Tanguay of Maine School of Science and Math is the 2020 Class C Classical State Champion. Her winning time was 18:52. Mya Eno of Fort Kent was in second and Nancy Martin of Fort Kent was in third. In the boys classical, Alex Hemingway of Mt. Abram is the 2020 Class C Classical State Champion. His winning time was 15:53. Miquel Sanclemente of Fort Kent was in second and Nicholas Werner of Wayflete was in third. The Fort Kent girls and the Madawaska boys take the lead after day 1.
