Fort Kent boys and Fort Kent girls win Aroostook Nordic Title

Day 2 of the 2023 Aroostook Nordic Championships were held today at Fort Kent Outdoor Center with the 5K freestyle pursuit.  On the boys side, Luke Streinz of Southern Aroostook is the 2023 Aroostook Freestyle champion.  His winning time was 13:50.7.  Alden Reardon of Fort Kent was second (14:47.1) and George Ferland of Caribou was third (15:33.3).  On the girls side, Kayley Bell of Caribou is the 2023 Aroostook Freestyle champion.  Her winning time was 17:16.3.  Rowan Tanguay of Fort Kent was second (18:05.0) and Cassidy Carlisle of Presque Isle was third (19:17.0).  Streinz and Bell are also the 2023 Aroostook Nordic Pursuit champions.  The Fort Kent boys and the Fort Kent girls are the 2023 Aroostook Nordic team champions.  RESULTS
